The Keep Walking Femoral Implant is composed of a titanium stem with a rough surface for osteointegration with the bone, and a polyethylene spacer that is unified with the stem by means of a plug-screw assembly. This spacer supports the femur’s distal end and is covered with the stump’s soft tissue and permits the return of charge transmissions through the femur.
